Lucas was born in Brazil, and after experiencing the crippling economic corruption in the early 90's, his family decided to make the trek to the US and start a new life!

Originally landing in Connecticut, the family relocated to Myrtle Beach in 1999, and after graduating from CCU Lucas undertook a few entrepreneurial pursuits before landing in Real Estate.

Starting off as a wholesaler, Lucas quickly realized that the real fulfillment was in helping people find home, like his parents did for him coming to Myrtle Beach!
